10 Best & Easy-To-Use Digital Journal Apps

If you haven’t realised by now, let me be direct: I LOVE JOURNALING.

I remember trying to keep a diary when I was in school but I failed miserably. Every time I tried to make it a habit I write a few days and then it goes to the back of my cupboard.

Fast forward a few years later, I became a writer and I found writing to be my new love. Now when I think retrospectively about why I failed to keep a journal before, I figured it was because I didn’t know the right way. You might be mumbling, ‘is there a right way even to journal?’ Yes, there is. I tried to genuinely express myself but there were so many thoughts that didn’t let me.

What if someone reads it?

How to express a particular emotion in words?

How do I use this habit for my betterment?

How do I make writing fun?

Those kinda thoughts overwhelmed me and didn’t ever let me be myself while writing a journal. After all these years now I know what journaling truly meant.

It is a way to monitor your thoughts, a way to enhance your positive emotions, a solution to your mental disturbances, and a way to better your professional and personal lives.

Journaling has so much potential, only if you know how to utilise it. Today’s picture is more like this: whatever seems to be the problem I always advise people to try journaling. Because most of the time, the answer we are searching for is within ourselves.

Types of Journaling

People want to keep a journal but there are several reasons for them to back out. One of the most common being the privacy issue.

What if someone finds your journal?

That one what-if kills the whole plan of journaling. When we have an issue we gotta find ways to sort it out not completely give up.

And for your privacy problem, the answer is a “Digital Journal.”

There are so many apps and software that let you write digitally with password protection. Pick one and you’re good to go.
