What went Wrong with your Manifestation?

Manifestation has become sort of a buzzword on the internet in recent times. But very few understand the very concept of it. Of course, everybody has their own little guide of what it is, what works and what doesn’t. That doesn’t mean it’s a sham.

So before we talk about what went wrong, first let’s understand what manifestation actually means. In my own experience, I signify manifestation as a lifestyle. It is not sorcery or some paranormal activity. It is how we monitor our thoughts and our actions to achieve a particular goal.

Simple as that may be, it is one of the most complex things to achieve. I mean, monitoring our thoughts? A study suggests that we think over 6,000 thoughts every day. So is it even possible to do change the way we think?

The answer is, yes.

Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it.

5 Manifestation Mistakes

Now that we understood what Manifestation means, let’s go a little deep into the subject and learn the mistakes we do in our manifestations. Only when we tell right from wrong, we can see the results of this lifestyle.

1. You’re pressuring instead of pleasuring

Stressing is definitely in the wrong. Let me tell you a secret — You will accomplish your goals faster when you’re enjoying the process. Just like how time flies when we are with our favourite people having fun.

2. No goal clarity

What is your goal?

I said goal. Not goals.

Concentrate on one goal at a time. Don’t muddle up your mind. Be clear about the goal you dream to achieve. And make sure it is something you are very passionate about.

Also, having no passionate goals is just as problematic as having too many. Dig deep and focus on yourself to find out your one burning goal.

3. Hanging out with the wrong people

What shapes your beliefs?

Majorly people, and then comes everything else.

What they think about us sometimes overshadows our own beliefs. We can’t help not feeling it. That is how humans are designed. So to carry out a successful manifestation, it is critical to focus on yourself and keep your beliefs intact.

Spend time with people that make you comfortable mentally.

4. Not scripting/journaling

Unless you are already an expert, you are gonna need a little help organizing your thoughts and feelings. And journaling fits perfectly into this.

Every time you have something that bothers you, write it down. It clears your mind.

And when you are inspired, write about your dreams and ambitions. It leaves an imprint on your mind.

Also, when you make progress toward your goal, write your gratitude. It brings you mental peace.

5. Your actions don’t align with your goal

Let’s say you dream to become a writer but you spend barely an hour writing and spend hours at a stretch on social media apps. Does your action here align with your goal?

Clearly not.

Then how are you helping yourself?

Always make sure your actions reflect your goals and personality.
