Hey, fellas! I recently received a product from Nature sure called Ganoderma. Before this, I tried and liked another from the same brand which is Moringa facial oil. Coming to this, it is claimed to be 100% natural, safe, and effective. This is my first time reviewing a product that’s medically proven. So, let’s dig up a little bit about this product.
First off, about the brand, Nature Sure.
Nature sure is owned by Wet & Dry personal care brand and it offers a range of natural products for the health and wellness of a family.
And then coming to the product we are reviewing today, Ganoderma, it claims to be a stamina & endurance booster. And it is organic.

What this capsule contains?
Each 500mg capsule contains Ganoderma lucid a.k.a. Reishi mushroom a.k.a. LingZhi. And the dosage mentioned on the package is 2 capsules each before meals in the morning and at night or as directed by the physician.
Reishi mushrooms a.k.a. LingZhi is especially used for boosting the immune system. And I read that Reishi also helps improve sleep. This has a history of use in many Asian countries for improving health and longevity.
*Precautions*
It is generally safe for oral consumption by healthy adults in recommended doses continuously up to one month, after which you should give a gap of at least one week.
Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, children and infants, people with bleeding or clotting disorders, autoimmune disease, hypotension, and those who have recent or scheduled surgery in 15 days. If you are on immunosuppressants or other medication, consult your doctor before use.
